Gun Dog Armory does not take responsibility for  firearms purchased and can not be held accountable for any defects that may cause injury or death. 

Used firearms

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All transferable machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within manufacturer's warranty time period. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for all warranty information.

Abandoned Property

Please be aware that any property left at Gun Dog Armory over 15 days from date of first notice that item is available for pickup (notification via phone call based on the number given at time of checkout) will incur storage fees. These fees must be paid prior to us releasing item back to you.  Once fees become greater than assessed value of item, the item will become Gun Dog Armory property as collateral to pay fees.

After the 15 days from notice that the firearm is ready to be picked up the customer will be charged a $15 per day storage fee.

 If the storage fee becomes greater than the value and/or cost of labor of the firearm, the firearm will be considered abandoned and will be available to be resold by Gun Dog Armory, Inc.

Online Price and Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. 

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm(s). Check your order is in accordance with all existing state and local laws and regulations before ordering. All ammunition sales are final.

Disputes 

Any dispute of the policies in this Pre-Checkout Consent Form shall be required to be resolved in a court in the county of the principal office of the Company. Any rights of injunctive relief shall be in addition to and not in derogation or limitation of any other legal rights available to Employer.

Payment and Processing

Once payment is processed ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you feel the charge is in error please contact Gun Dog Armory (407) 347-9840 and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Please be aware that we take dispute charges VERY seriously and if you do choose to dispute a lawful charge we will be challenging it and may press legal charges as we see fit.
